Salamander Migration Email List
Interested in seeing the salamander migration? Come experience the phenomenon first hand as salamanders make their journey from nearby woods to their breeding pools. A short indoor presentation on the migration will be held in the Penitentiary Glen Nature Center. Due to this phenomenon being weather dependent, we cannot schedule this in advance. To be notified via email the day of the run, register for this program. For questions on registering, contact our Registration Department at 440-358-7275. Lake Metroparks will also make an announcement via social media so keep your eyes out starting in late February!
