Lake Metroparks welcomes you to camp! The following information will help to ensure that your child will have a safe and enjoyable camp experience. Please send your child to camp each day dressed for the weather. No open-toed shoes are allowed. Some camp activities will be held outside, regardless of the weather. You may need a raincoat, hat, coat, or boots as necessary. Please send a backpack to camp with extra clothes and a refillable water bottle. Your child will need to bring his/her own lunch each day (refrigeration is not available).Camp starts at 9:00 am, please be on time. You will be required to sign your child in and out every day. If someone other than you will be picking up your child, please indicate it on the sign in sheet in the morning. Anyone picking your child up after camp will be required to show a Photo ID each day. If you are going to be late picking up your child, please call the park at 440-256-1404 x 2808 so that we can reassure your child that you are on the way. Notification of any cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the start of camp to receive a refund. A week before this camp begins look for an email with more detailed camp information from the Lake Metroparks camp staff. There will be a link in the email for camp forms that need to be printed, completed and brought to camp on the first day. Each child must have a signed Health Form by the first day of camp. If attending multiple camps please make multiple copies as a Health Form must be completed for every camp attended.
