Farmpark presents one of Ohio's finest quilt shows with up to 200 quilts and quilt-related works on display as well as workshops from regional experts.

Exhibitor Entry Information
Please review the complete set of guildlines, rules and definitions.
- Entry fee is $15 per entry and non-refundable. One entry per exhibitor. Group quilts need to designate a contact person as exhibitor name. Reference to group quilt (display only) should be done in the description.
- Entries must have a four-inch sleeve attached for hanging. Irregularly-shaped quilts and miniatures must have appropriate means for hanging. Pinned sleeves are not acceptable.
- Entries are accepted unless notified otherwise.
- Entries limited to 225.

Exhibitor Calendar
- Entry submission due by Thursday, February 15, 2024, 5pm.
- Drop off quilt between 9 am and 5 pm Friday, February 23 or Saturday, February 24, 2024.
- Quilts may be mailed to Lake Metroparks Farmpark. All quilts must be received by 5 pm on February 24, 2024. Exhibitors requesting entry returned by mail at end of show must pre-pay return postage.
- Judging will occur on Saturday, March 2 and Sunday, March 3, 2024 (closed session).
- Exhibitor Reception* is Thursday, March 21 from 6 to 8:30 pm. RSVP is required by March 15 by calling 440-256-2122 x3154. Reservations taken February 23-March 15, 2024.
- Quilts 2024 opens Friday, March 22, 2024 at 9 am.
- Quilts 2024 closes Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 5 pm.
- Pick up quilt Wednesday, May 1, 2024 between 9 am and 6 pm. Quilts not picked up on May 1 will be stored at Farmpark Admissions. Open Tuesday-Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.

*The exhibitor reception will be held in the Farmpark Visitor Center. This is a free preview night for exhibitors and their guests. Lake Metroparks will supply cheese and crackers and punch. We invite exhibitors to bring a dish to share. Optional: Bring your own bottle of wine to enjoy in the café with your guests - we will supply the wine glasses!
